Full payment must be made upfront. Work will only begin once the payment has been received.

Up to 5 minor adjustments are allowed (e.g., small texture fixes or shape tweaks).Major revisions will not be accepted as long as the work follows the provided reference.

Work time is approximately 1–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the commission. More complex projects may take longer.

The commissioned work can be used for personal and commercial purposes (e.g., streaming, content creation, monetized videos). However, you are NOT allowed to resell, redistribute, or use the model for merchandise, NFT, or any form of second-hand distribution.

I retain all rights to the commissioned work, including the right to display it in my portfolio or as commission samples.

You are NOT allowed to edit, trace, distribute, modify, use for AI-generative purposes, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as your own. Credit is appreciated when the asset is used publicly.

Refunds are only possible if I have not yet started working on the commission.

Please provide clear references (front, side, back view if possible).

I will provide WIP updates mainly during key stages of the process, such as modeling and texturing. The frequency of updates may vary depending on the situation.I will do my best to reply to all your messages.

USD payments: via PayPal only.

IDR payments: can be made through any local Indonesian bank.

If you can’t use PayPal and prefer extra security, commission me through VGen instead.
